Our Overdraft facility allows you to run overdrawn on your account up to an agreed limit, you then only pay interest on the amount you are overdrawn. Withdraw an amount up to 100% of your salary and repay at your convenience.

What you need
Applying for an Overdraft is an easy process; you will just need to provide us with a few documents in person.
Eligibility
- Current account with Barclays
- Salary transfer required
- Minimum income of AED 8,000
Documentation(1)
- Valid passport
- Valid UAE residence visa
- Copy of valid Emirates ID Card
- 1 undated security cheque
- Last 3 months bank statements
