Here is an example of how to pay an Etisalat bill using your Barclaycard.

  1. Call us on 04 428 6000

  2. Select your language option – press 1 for Arabic or 2 for English

  3. Select your product option – press 2 for Barclaycard services

  4. Press 2 for existing Barclaycard customers

  5. Enter your Barclaycard Number and Telephone Identification Number

  6. Select your transaction option – press 2 for payments and transfers

  7. Select your payment option – press 1 for utility bill payments

  8. Select your biller – press 1 for Etisalat.

Steps to register for Phone Banking

  1. Call us on 04 428 6000

  2. Select your language option – press 1 for Arabic or 2 for English

  3. Select your product option – press 2 for Barclaycard services or 3 for account services

  4. Press 2 for automated services

  5. Enter your Barclaycard or account number

  6. Your call will be automatically transferred to a Personal Banking Advisor who will assist you in selecting your Telephone Identification Number (TIN).

Once you have your TIN, you can immediately begin using phone banking.
